Today, we’re turning our attention to the mind — exploring how menopause influences mood, focus, memory, and emotional balance. Hormonal changes affect the brain just as much as the body, and in this session we’ll unpack why things like anxiety, low mood, irritability, or brain fog can appear during this transition. Most importantly, we’ll look at the practical, science-backed ways you can support your mental wellbeing, helping you feel steadier, clearer, and more connected to yourself as your body adapts.

Today, we’re focusing on nourishment — how what you eat can support your body through every stage of menopause. We’ll explore the seven key foundations of a healthy menopause diet and look at how specific nutrients can help ease or improve many of the most common symptoms, from hot flashes and fatigue to mood changes and digestive shifts. This session shows you how simple, evidence-based nutritional strategies can help your body feel more balanced, energised, and supported throughout this transition.
