Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
Identity Data
Includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, gender, names of family members and dates of birth of family members.
Contact Data
Includes email address and telephone numbers.
Food consumption Data
We integrate with MyNetDiary to determine the calories, macros and micronutrients of food items searched for and added to a diary.
By employing government-recommended daily allowances (RDA's) of essential macro and micronutrients, we derive a daily 'Nutriscore' from your logged food consumption. This Nutriscore serves as a valuable indicator, highlighting how well your daily dietary intake aligns with the recommended requirements. Armed with this information, you can easily make necessary adjustments to ensure you come closer to meeting all of your RDA's and achieving optimal nutritional balance.
Food data is not shared with MyNetdiary or any other third party and can be deleted at any time.
Fitness and Activity Data
We offer users the option to read fitness and activity data from third-party providers, Google Fit, Fitibit and Apple health kit in the Mobile application to provide you with a better user experience by removing the need to manually add fitness, heart rate and step count data.
Our aim is to promote improvements in health and fitness by displaying this data in one place in the Shido application.
Google Fit
With your permission, the Shido App can read step, activity and calories burnt data from Google Fit.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data for purposes other than those outlined in this policy.
Shido use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Apple HealthKit
With your permission, the Shido App can read step, activity and calories burnt data from Apple HealthKit.
You can choose to permit us access to these specific data types at any time within the settings and de-select if you no longer wish us to read them from Apple Health.
