In this first session of our introduction to breathwork course, our breathwork course leader Jamie will introduce the concept of breath awareness. Through breath awareness you will learn to tune in to your body and observe the flow of your breath. In this state of awareness the waves of thought are stilled and a gradual one-pointedness of mind achieved.
On day 2 of this breathwork series Jamie builds on the foundations of the previous lesson to start implementing a healthy, optimal and functioning breathing pattern. You will begin to breath more consciously and take more control over your breath.
In this third session we explore some techniques for nervous system regulation and we will use the breath actively as a tool into your inner workings and nervous system to create a shift in state.
